One Platform to Replace Four: Intersight’s New AI Features Redefine Sales Efficiency

Discover how Intersight’s new AI Conversation Intelligence and Smart CRM Updates replace four tools to streamline sales and elevate revenue performance.

If you lead a revenue or sales organization at a scaling-stage B2B company, chances are your tech stack has gotten... complicated. Between your CRM, note-taking tools, call analytics, and enablement platforms, your RevOps team spends more time maintaining systems than optimizing outcomes. Many leaders we talk to share a similar frustration:

“We have too many tools to babysit - and not enough value from any of them”.

At Intersight, we believe the future of sales tech isn’t about adding more tools — it’s about making fewer tools do more work while using AI (LLMs) to generate more insights from your tools and data. That’s why we’ve built an all-in-one AI-native Revenue Intelligence and Sales Enablement platform that bridges your CRM, conversations, and email to give you unprecedented insights into your sales process. Our platform already helps teams:

  • Deliver AI-guided deal coaching based on what’s worked to win similar deals in their organization.
  • Generate sales documents instantly, such as business cases, mutual action plans, and follow-up summaries—populated with real deal data.
  • Run custom and cohort-based reports that highlight effective sales tactics, skill gaps, and messaging failing to resonate with buyers.
  • Surface AI deal risk alerts and mitigation suggestions to prevent surprises late in the cycle.

Today, we’re excited to expand that foundation with two powerful new capabilities designed to eliminate more manual work and help RevOps leaders consolidate even further:

  • Smart Suggested Fields (Automatic CRM Updates)
  • AI Note-Taker and Conversation Intelligence Module

Together, these updates help companies streamline their GTM tech stack and triple sales efficiency—replacing up to four tools with one intelligent platform.

Smart Suggested Fields (Automatic CRM Updates)

Updating CRM fields is one of those chores every sales rep dreads — but every revenue leader depends on. When fields are incomplete or outdated, pipeline visibility disappears, forecasts go sideways, and RevOps teams end up chasing data instead of insights.

Intersight’s new Smart Suggested Fields feature automates CRM hygiene once and for all. Intersight can now analyze all deal content (e.g., meetings that occurred and emails sent and received) and automatically suggest field updates for the fields you’re tracking. Intersight can present the suggested values to the reps for review and approval, or the enterprise admin can allow Intersight to automatically write the suggested field updates to their CRM.

Now, your reps spend less time typing, and your leaders gain a trustworthy, real-time view of every deal’s true stage and health.

How It Works for Admins

Once your Intersight workspace is connected to your CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot), Intersight automatically recognizes all the fields you’ve set up — including custom ones — for Accounts and Deals/Opportunities. From there, you can:

  • Select which fields Intersight AI can update or generate values for (such as MEDDICC fields, next steps, decision criteria, or win/loss reasons).
  • Describe each field’s purpose to help our AI understand what kind of information belongs there.
  • Choose your governance model:
    • AI-suggested mode: Intersight flags potential updates, allowing deal owners to review, edit, and approve before changes are written back to CRM.
    • Auto-update mode: For mature teams, Intersight automatically writes back field values whenever it’s confident the extracted information is correct.

How It Works for Sales Reps

From a rep’s perspective, Smart Suggested Fields works silently in the background.

Whenever new meeting transcripts or emails are ingested, Intersight checks for relevant CRM fields and suggests value updates.

Reps receive these suggestions in a clean dashboard slider view, where they can:

  • Review all pending AI-suggested updates across their open deals.
  • Accept, modify, or reject the suggestions with a single click.
  • Approve the final write-back directly to Salesforce or HubSpot.

This feature helps reps stay focused on selling instead of admin work — while ensuring leaders always have reliable deal data for forecasting and analysis.

AI-Note Taker and Conversation Intelligence Module

Many companies use one tool to record meetings (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) and another for note-taking / AI summarization. Yet, they still can’t get enough insights about their sales process and tactics from such tools.

Intersight’s new Conversation Intelligence module changes all of that. It’s your AI-note-taker, transcription engine, and deal insights platform - fully integrated into your CRM and deals.

Recording and Transcription

Intersight’s Meeting Bot can automatically join and transcribe meetings held on Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet. It delivers precise speaker diarization and attaches transcripts directly to the right deal record in your CRM.

  • For Teams, the bot can be set to automatically join any meeting of your specified type (e.g., all meetings that include an external participant) - or summoned ad hoc.
  • For Zoom and Google Meet, no bot is needed: if meetings are recorded to the cloud, Intersight automatically ingests the transcript.

Intersight maps each meeting to the right deal using our multi-layer matching logic. And if the automation ever fails, users can manually associate any transcript to the correct deal in seconds.

Using Transcripts Inside Intersight

Every transcript becomes rich context data your team can use instantly:

  • AI-generated meeting notes: Summaries of key points, decisions, and next steps — ready for review or CRM sync.
  • Automatic CRM updates: Intersight detects relevant details (e.g., next steps, deal risks, decision-makers) and converts them into structured CRM field updates.
  • AI-generated content: Instantly draft business cases, mutual action plans, deal memos, and follow-up emails with Intersight templates — pre-filled with details pulled from real meeting conversations as well as email threads.
  • Deal risk detection: The AI analyzes each new transcript for warning signs — such as lack of executive engagement or shifting priorities — and flags risks along with recommended next steps.

For Call Review and Coaching

The Conversation Intelligence Module also provides the familiar review and analysis tools sales teams expect — without adding another point solution to your stack:

  • Browse or search for past calls using filters or natural language queries.
  • Listen to recordings and see speaker-level insights.
  • (Coming soon) Ask natural-language questions like “Show me how pricing objections were handled last quarter” — and instantly retrieve the relevant call segments.

With Intersight, call intelligence isn’t trapped in yet another silo. Every meeting directly fuels your AI guidance, deal documents, and CRM data hygiene — so insights actually drive action.

The Future of Efficient Selling Is One Platform, Not Ten Tabs

With these updates, Intersight now does the work of four separate tools — a CRM assistant, an AI note-taker, a call analytics platform, and a sales enablement system — all in one intuitive workspace.

For RevOps leaders, that means fewer integrations to manage and cleaner, more reliable data.

For sales leaders, it means complete visibility into what’s working and where deals stall.

And for sellers, it means less admin, more time with customers, and smarter guidance drawn directly from what’s proven to win inside your own company.

This release moves us one step closer to our mission: helping every B2B sales team sell smarter, faster, and more confidently — with AI that actually does the work for you.
